Orbit is a strategic counterpart to Realm, focused on recruitment for leadership and high-growth teams. I also worked closely with Adam Scott and Rob in a highly collaborative process. Compared to Realm, Orbit required a more structured, corporate tone—both in design and messaging. We went through multiple iterations, incorporating continuous feedback to ensure the site communicated trust, clarity, and professionalism while staying aligned with the broader brand family.
The main challenge was adapting Realm’s bold visual identity into a more corporate and structured tone for Orbit, while maintaining a consistent brand feel. Finding the right balance between familiarity and professionalism required several rounds of refinement. We also faced issues with the transition between dark and light sections, which initially felt disjointed. Quill stepped in to help fine-tune the design, and once that was aligned, the build process moved forward smoothly.
