Realm: Strategic Talent Partner

For this project, I collaborated closely with Adam Scott from the Realm executive team. The process was highly collaborative, with ongoing feedback and back-and-forth discussions that helped shape the site into a clear, confident, and refined digital presence that aligns with Realm’s positioning.

Challenges and insights

One of the biggest challenges I faced in this project was building the navigation. At first, I struggled to create a solution in Webflow where the menu would stay open while exploring submenus, and also close automatically when switching to another menu. I tried multiple custom code approaches, but none of them worked. The navbar became a blocker for almost three days. I had to set it aside while continuing with other parts of the site.

Eventually, with a lot of trial and error, I was able to make the interaction feel seamless. Now, the navbar is one of the smoothest parts of the site and I’m really proud of how it turned out.

Another key part of the work was structuring the CMS content and adjusting the layout across breakpoints. The design required different content structures and behaviors between desktop and mobile, so a lot of thought went into making everything consistent and user-friendly across devices.
